1. Delivery Timeline
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays and Public Holidays.
2. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you an email and SMS with the tracking number and the courier company's website link.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on most orders. However, a small delivery fee may apply to certain low-value products or remote locations. This will be clearly shown at the checkout page.
4. Address Changes
