Mandatory Video Rule
Customer MUST record a parcel opening video when receiving the parcel. If the product is damaged or wrong, our support team will need that video to verify the authenticity. No Video = No Return.
At Vastra Deals, we make every effort to fulfill all orders. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Refund Timeline
Refunds take 5-6 business days to reflect in your bank account once the return is processed. We refund the money in the same mode as the payment was made.
3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
